Returns
Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order ID) is required.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Used religious items (for hygiene and spiritual reasons)
- Customized or special-order products
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale (if mentioned)
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at support@japshri.in within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your Order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process.
Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval status.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI/Card/Net Banking).
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your bank or payment provider.
